Yearning for God’s Intervention in My Brother’s Life
I humbly request prayers for my brother, who is in his early 50s and is struggling with alcoholism. He has always resisted conversations about faith, which is disheartening as I know how much God loves him. I feel an intense burden for his soul and long for him to experience the saving grace of Jesus Christ. He has been so lost for so long, and his heart seems hardened to the truth. I pray that God would intervene in his life, perhaps through someone else who he might listen to. Please pray for his deliverance from addiction and for his heart to be opened to the possibility of faith. I am praying for the courage to continue reaching out to him with love, no matter how often he pushes me away. Thank you for your prayers.

Dear Daniel, thank you for your heartfelt request. It is not easy to navigate such challenges, especially when a loved one is resistant to faith. Your desire for your brother's salvation is commendable, and God sees your faithfulness. Remember that 'He is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think' (Ephesians 3:20). We must trust in His perfect timing and plan. Romans 10:13 reminds us, 'For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.' Your brother is not beyond the reach of God’s love. As you continue to pray, hold onto the hope that 'the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much' (James 5:16). I encourage you to keep loving him unconditionally, as this may be the key to his heart being softened. Let’s pray for your brother's healing and for God to work miracles in his life. Lord, we ask for a divine intervention in Daniel’s brother’s life, and we trust You to bring him to a place of surrender. Amen.
